The Arabian and Barb horses of North Africa and the Middle East are still revered amongst their Bedouin breeders and owners. To ride one of these magnificent animals in their natural environment on a riding holiday is a thrill. Whilst horse riding across the Wadi Rum desert in Jordan or the northern Sahara desert in Morocco you can experience their spirit and speed; or marvel at their agility and sure-footedness on a trail ride through the Atlas mountains.
