Trail Riding

Horseback trail rides around the world

A mobile trail ride is a riding holiday where you move on almost every day. Depending on the type of journey you prefer, you could spend your nights camping or in comfortable accommodation. A horseback trail ride is usually vehicle supported - if you prefer to have your belongings carried by pack horse, camel, yak etc then we describe these as Pack Trips. Some riding trails will start and end in a different place, whilst on others you will ride a circuit and return to your starting place. There are even horseback trails that cross country borders! Whether discovering vineyards in France, volcanic icefields in Iceland, beaches in South Africa, mountains in Peru or nomadic families in Mongolia, a horseback trail ride offers a different view and experience every day.

Amazing and well organised trip with breathtaking scenery. The horses were all strong, healthy and forward going. Markos and Bosko were both helpful and made the trip a lot of fun. Colorado was a fast and strong piebald, he was well natured and so much fun.

A fabulous all round experience, a lovely country, horses, people. Food was excellent and a great cultural experience. Fun too, swimming in the sea with horses. Was told my horse Banyaa was very kind, and indeed she was. Safe but forward.

Unfortunately due to the disorganisation of our main guide & the lack of her riding experience, along with the sub stand food & accommodation, I am very disappointed with my experience. A lovely riding holiday in an unspoiled part of Spain with varied scenery – from beaches to canyons to green valleys. Confident and happy horses – so well trained that most are ridden bitless. Good pace – with long canters, as well as “don’t stop” sequences of trots and canters. Every lunch is a scenic picnic with... Read all
