Riding in Normandy

Normandy, with its rolling landscape and long-standing equestrian traditions, is the perfect destination for your next riding holiday. Home of many famous breeds such as the Selle Français, the Percheron or the Norman Cob, the region also boasts fantastic riding trails along the beach or in the rural countryside, with plenty of opportunities for long canters. Normandy's history has been long and sometimes tumultuous, from William the Conqueror to the Hundred Years' War and the D-Day landings: discovering it all from horseback makes for an incredible equestrian and cultural experience. Pay an emotional visit to the landing beaches of Arromanches and Omaha, experience the wonders of Mont Saint Michel, and make memories of a lifetime on your riding holiday in Normandy.
