Climate

Sardinia enjoys a sunny subtropical maritime climate, temperatures being at their best in May and September. From May to the end of October the Mediterranean is the perfect temperature for dips in the sea. In July and August the temperatures stay around 35°C.

The late autumn rain replenishes the countryside, so in November you will be able to enjoy a green and refreshed Sardinian countryside. These rains last throughout the winter months when the climate becomes mild and humid, with snow falling on the mountain peaks and in the higher altitude regions of Gennargentu.
